DESCRIPTION: Two Step
GENERAL DIMENSIONS: AAI Two Step is part of the Motor
Development Group and is designed for use in childhood development
programs for developing climbing progressions. The Two Step is 22"
(560mm) long x 24" (610mm) wide. It is a stairstep foam assembly covered with 18 oz. vinyl. The
first step of the assembly is 7" (178mm) high and the second step is 14" (356mm) high. The foam
sections shall be constructed of 95 ILD foam.
CONSTRUCTION: The Two Step shall be constructed using a foam block cut in the shape of a
stairstep. The Two Step is covered with a sewn vinyl cover that is orange on the back and sides
and royal blue on the risers. The vinyl cover has a zipper closure.
Foam filler: The foam shall be 95 ILD polyurethane with a density of 1.80 lb/ft3 (29 kg/m3).
Vinyl cover: The vinyl cover shall be manufactured from a vinyl-coated polyester fabric. The
base material has a 18 x 17 scrim count and 1000 x 1300 denier. The material is treated for
anti-mildew and U.V. The finished coated weight of the material shall be 18.5 oz. per square
yard and has a matte finish. All seams are stitched with nylon thread for durability. The thread
used is a monocord N-200 UVR that has 16 strands of fused 80 denier nylon.

The Three Step is 32" (813mm) long x 24" (610mm) wide. It is a
stair step foam assembly covered with 18 oz. vinyl. The first
step of the assembly is 7" (178mm) high, the second step is 14"
(356mm) high and the third step is 21" (533mm). The foam sections shall be constructed of 95
ILD foam.

stair step. The Three Step is covered with a sewn vinyl cover that is yellow on the back and sides
and lime green on the risers. The vinyl cover has a zipper closure.

Warranty:
AAI warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Without charge AAI will, at its option, either repair or replace any products shown to our satisfaction to be defective within one (1) year from receipt by Customer, provided it is producs manufactured by AAI and does not extend to transportation, installation or replacement charges incurred by Customer: nor does it apply to products or components of another manufacturer used in conjuction with AAI products according to the terms hereof and standards acceptable in the AAI's industry.
Modification of AAI products renders the warranty void and could create a risk of severe personal injury.
