GENERAL DIMENSIONS: The AAI Octagon is part of AAI's Motor Development group. The Octagon can be used to develop coordination, basic skills and balance.
CONSTRUCTION: The Octagon shall consist of a foam core and a sewn cover. The foam shall be 48 ILD polyurethane with a density of 1.50 lb/ft3 (24kg/m3). The vinyl cover shall be manufactured from a vinylcoated polyester fabric. The base material has an 18 x 17 scrim count and 1000 x 1300 denier. The material is treated for anti-mildew and U.V. The finished coated weight of the material shall be 18.5 oz. per square yard and has a matte finish. All seams are stitched with nylon
thread for durability. The thread used is a monocord N-200 UVR that has 16 strands of fused 80 denier nylon.
Warranty:
AAI warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Without charge AAI will, at its option, either repair or replace any products shown to our satisfaction to be defective within one (1) year from receipt by Customer, provided it is producs manufactured by AAI and does not extend to transportation, installation or replacement charges incurred by Customer: nor does it apply to products or components of another manufacturer used in conjuction with AAI products according to the terms hereof and standards acceptable in the AAI's industry.
Modification of AAI products renders the warranty void and could create a risk of severe personal injury.
